Buyers or sellers: familiarise yourself with the full terms of business when using the G3 Remarketing website or buying from a G3 vehicle auction.  A copy of all these terms and policies are available at the G3 reception upon request.

G3 Auction Terms of purchase

This is an important section of documentation which should be read carefully, as it governs the sale and purchase of all vehicles at G3 Remarketing.  Copies of these Standard Terms and Conditions are available from G3 Remarketing upon request, without charge.

By offering a Vehicle for sale at a G3, a Seller agrees to be bound by these Standard T&Cs; and by placing a Bid for a Vehicle a Buyer agrees to be bound by these Standard T&Cs.  If a vehicle has a G3 Assured report, a Buyer agrees to be bound by the G3 Assured T&Cs.
